WEBSITE TERMS
Terms
of Use.
Last updated: 13 October 2026. These Terms apply to the Asteriva website and its public information. Services are governed by separate written agreements.
1. The website
This website is operated by Asteriva Holdings Ltd, a company based in Cyprus (“Asteriva”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms describe the conditions for accessing and using our website. If you do not agree with these conditions, please discontinue use.
The website introduces our technology and business-services activities. It is intended for general information and professional business enquiries.
2. Business information
Service descriptions, example engagement scopes and other materials provide an overview of our capabilities. They do not constitute an offer to supply a particular service, a binding quotation or a promise of a specific result.
We aim to keep the information clear and current, but requirements, available services and technical options may change. Please contact us before relying on website information for a material business decision. Content is general business information and should not be treated as tailored legal, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
3. Service engagements
Visiting the website, preparing an enquiry or exchanging initial correspondence does not by itself create a service engagement. Project work begins under a separate written agreement that sets out the agreed scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timetable and commercial terms.
Confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, licensing, support arrangements and any applicable project-specific obligations are addressed in that agreement. If an engagement agreement differs from these website Terms on the same matter, the engagement agreement governs the service relationship.
4. Permitted use
You may browse the website and use its contact features for lawful, genuine business purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or information.
- Introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, or circumvent security or access controls.
- Submit misleading information, impersonate another person, or use the site for unsolicited bulk communications.
- Use the content in a manner that infringes intellectual-property rights or misrepresents an association with Asteriva.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or legal interests, subject to applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, design, branding, artwork and other materials are owned by Asteriva or used under the relevant permissions or licences. All applicable rights are reserved.
You may view the site and retain reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of our services. This does not grant a right to use our brand, reproduce materials commercially, resell the content or represent it as your own. Rights in client deliverables, software and licensed technology are governed by the relevant engagement agreement and third-party terms.
6. Enquiries & confidentiality
The enquiry tool prepares a draft in your email application. It does not send the message automatically; you decide whether to send it. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
An initial enquiry does not automatically establish a non-disclosure agreement. Please use a general business description until confidentiality arrangements appropriate to the project are in place. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
7. Third-party services
External links and third-party hosting, access or email services may be used in connection with this website. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements. A link does not, by itself, imply endorsement or responsibility for a third party’s content or services.
8. Availability & responsibility
We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every website feature will be compatible with every device or email application. We may maintain, amend, suspend or remove website content and features.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Asteriva excludes responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights and remedies that apply by mandatory law. Responsibility for contracted services is determined by the relevant engagement agreement.
9. Changes & applicable law
We may update these Terms as the website develops. The date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing service agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to mandatory laws and rights that may apply to you. This provision does not remove any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
